​Since 2001 we have traveled all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley measuring homes. Founded in Brooklyn by Gwynne Duncan, painter, designer, photographer and architectural model maker, joined by husband and partner musician Alec Stephen who has an archival knowledge of old buildings.
